We all experience conflict in our everyday lives, be it from a personal or professional perspective. It has been said that some form of conflict is essential to enable growth, innovation and expansion within a business, yet, if not managed carefully, conflict can cause undue stress and lead to a significant decrease in productivity, loss of motivation and low staff morale. This course will provide delegates with an overview of what conflict is, how it can have negative and positive impacts on a business, and ow to best manage conflict in a way that will minimise potentially detrimental effects.
